Overview
Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Maintains HVAC, Mechanical and IAQ systems in both residences and commercial areas.
Receives written work orders or oral instructions from supervisor. Returns work orders with detail of project, materials used and date / time of completion.
Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks. Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Maintains and repairs Boilers, chillers, HVAC, humidifiers, AC, air filtration and associated components. Work in a cooperative work environment, which focuses on trusting relationships, ethics, dignity, maximum productivity and team member morale. Qualifications
